Select the complete approved setup and run simulation with tool, holder, stock, and toolpath visible.

Review the first operation at reduced simulation speed. Check approach, entry, cutting depth, boundary, retract, and exit.

Repeat the review for every operation. Do not skip directly to the end of the simulation.

Enable collision checking and inspect tool, holder, stock, model, workholding, and machine components when a machine model is available.

Review remaining stock, gouges, uncut areas, operation order, tool changes, and estimated cycle time.

Resolve every error and warning or document why a teacher identifies a warning as noncritical. Regenerate and rerun the complete simulation after any change.

Select the correct machine pathway. For the DMC2 Mini, use the teacher-validated copy of Autodesk Mach3Mill. For the FoxAlien, use only the post assigned for the exact model and controller.

Post only the approved operations. Confirm program name, output units, work offset, tool numbers, tool-change plan, spindle plan, and output location.

Open the NC file as text. Inspect the safe start, units, positioning mode, work offset, tool information, spindle behavior, feeds, depths, retracts, unsupported commands, and program end.

Complete a line-by-line comparison between the posted file and the Fusion operation list.

Transfer the file using the classroom procedure and load it into the correct controller without starting the machine.

Review the controller toolpath display or preview. Compare extents, origin, direction, Z range, and final position with Fusion.

At the assigned machine, verify stock, workholding, tool, work zero, file revision, feed override, spindle procedure, and emergency-stop readiness.

Complete the teacher-approved raised-Z dry run, air cut, or single-block verification.

Freeze the approved Fusion version and NC file. Any change to CAD, CAM, post, stock, tool, origin, or setup requires the complete approval cycle again.
